Miller, affectionately nicknamed “The Big O,” had announced in February that he was battling cancer. His career spanned nine seasons in the NBA, during which he showcased his skills as a strong defensive player and a reliable rebounder. He averaged 7.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game throughout his professional career.

Selected by the Phoenix Suns in the first round of the 1992 NBA Draft, Miller quickly became known for his versatility on the court. Over the years, he played for multiple teams, leaving an impression with his unique playing style and court presence. Beyond the NBA, he also competed internationally and in minor leagues, demonstrating his passion for the sport.
