REPLACEMENT/REFUND

We stand behind the quality of our basketball products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement or refund at no charge. We accept refunds/replacements in these cases:

  • Damaged/poor quality printed item
  • Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item from what you ordered)
  • Item has not arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders

Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible:

  • If you want a replacement product (for defects or errors on our part): Contact us with a photo of the product you received along with any detail shots you wish to include. We’ll use this information to process your replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide you with a replacement free of charge. Replacements will take the same time as normal orders (3-7 business days for processing and 1-4 weeks for delivery).
  • If you want a refund after receiving your product (for defects or errors on our part): Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days (timing depends both on us and your financial institution).

We do not accept replacements/refunds in these cases:

  • Customer chooses the wrong size
  • Package missing due to incorrect shipping address provided
  • Customer does not like the item material (Polyester)
  • Customer changes the order/shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped
  • Customer returns the product without notifying us first

For all other requests, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. (Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.)

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request modifications or cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already entered production and can no longer be modified. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days after order cancellation.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund appears)
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

WRONG SIZE ORDER

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To help you choose the right size, we provide a size chart on each product page.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER

We strive to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product (which is rare!), we guarantee 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement or refund on affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area, plus the QR code attached to the package. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our support staff will quickly arrange a replacement or refund!

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders (not including 3-7 days processing) after ordering, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. (This policy excludes errors made when providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.)

RETURNS

Since your product is custom printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns. If you have any problem with your purchase, please let us know so our support team can assist you. We’ll replace defective items or incorrect orders simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and your order number.

We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don’t return items to the address written on the package. Thank you for your understanding!

Please make sure that:

  • The product was received within the last 14 days
  • The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different from what you ordered
