- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is authorized and verified
- Once payment is verified, orders cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests when possible

- All products are proudly printed in the United States
- Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday
- Some items may ship separately
- Our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications
PROCESSING TIMES
- Standard apparel: 3-5 business days
- Embroidery, Mugs, All Sublimation & Custom hand-made products: 5-10 business days
SHIPPING FEES
- US Orders: $5.95 per order
- International Orders: $15.95 per order

- Expedited: 4-8 business days

- Expedited: 7-14 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if you order a standard apparel item with standard shipping to the US, you can expect:
- 3-5 business days (processing) + 6-12 business days (shipping) = 9-17 business days total
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays
TRACKING
When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so you can track your package online. To track your order, please click “Order Tracking” for information.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Multiple Orders
- Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined
- We cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations
- If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address
Address Changes
- Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order goes into processing
Shipping Delays
- Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, not the order date
- Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes
- For international orders, delivery can take up to 30 days to some countries
- We offer compensation if shipping exceeds the timeframe stated in this policy
- Please submit a ticket within 1 month of shipment if your package doesn’t arrive on time, and our representative will respond within 24 hours (overdue requests may not be accepted)
Customs Charges and VAT Taxes
- International shipments from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
- We do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes)
- All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Your package may incur local customs or VAT charges depending on your country
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about your country’s policies
